Annual USA  Swimming Membership

• $100 annually for 24/25 Premium Athlete Membership, 

• $38 Flex Athlete Membership

USA Swimming annual membership provides insurance for our club, coaches, and swimmers and is a requirement for participation for all swimmers. Returning swimmers’ registrations will be billed and processed through the club. ***New swimmers to the team will also incur these fees, but must register and pay directly to USA swimming. Instruction on how to do so will be provided once registered with the club. 

Competitive, F&T and 13+Race Ready swimmers must have Premium Athlete Membership.

12&U swimmers in the Intro to Swim group can have Flex Athlete Membership or opt for Premium Membership.  Flex memberships limit swimmers to two local meets.  Premium membership allows for full meet participation.

Session fees are non-refundable. Intro to Swim Team and F&T programs run multiple sessions throughout the year. The session schedule is posted on the practice schedule page for each program.

Membership Dues

Applies to: Competitive Program Groups
Due Date: Varies starting on 9/1, see below

Membership dues are non-refundable.  Membership dues cover club expenses related to practices and meets. 

MEET FEES

Meet Host Team Fees

Applies to: Meet Participants
Due Date: Billed on 1st of month following meet sign up deadline
Amount: Varies based on host meet fees

Host team fees can be found in the meet packets that are posted on our team website once provided by the host team. Families can review meet fees before signing up for meets.

Once a swimmer has signed up for a meet, the family will be charged for all related fees, regardless of participation as most meet entries are submitted several weeks/months in advance. PPSC is required to pay the host at that time and is not refunded by the host team if a swimmer does not participate.

Meet Late Cancellation Fees

Applies to: Blue, Black & Senior Group Swimmers who cancel after the meet sign-up deadline.

Due Date: Billed on 1st of month following cancellation

Applicable to meets with qualifying times and mid/end of season Trials/Finals meets when a swimmer cancels after the sign up deadline.  Fee appeal can be submitted to Matt Baxter at [email protected].

New England Age Group Championships: $150
